email stuck

i just purchased this product from the itune store and when i try to use the email part in the program the window will not come up. i think it came up one time but the weel just keeps turning and i have to get out of the program. what is the reason for this?

Can you provide the word you looked up and the page (dictionary, thesaurus, etc.) you tried to e-mail so I can test it?
