Yellow Spray Roses Blooming in a time-lapse.
This sequence was taken over a course of twenty days with an iPhone 3GS and the app 'Timelapse' by Xyster.net. Images were taken every 20 minutes and played back at 24 frames per second. The entire plant bloomed indoors beautifully under artificial lighting. It ended up being over-watering by mistake though, thus rotting the root system of the poor plant. Luckily all the images of the blooming roses were captured before it was too late. Currently this plant is being resuscitated.

Dianthus flowers blooming over a 7 day period. I love the spiral unwinding of the petals during blooming and the jolly waving motion of the bloomed petals as if they are gently floating in space (in fact there is zero air disturbance where these flowers are blooming). Tried to capture the subtle color change as the flower matures but guess not very successful in the process.
Images taken every 5 minutes and played back at 24 frames per second.
Equipment: iPhone 3GS, app: Timelapse (Xyster.net).
