Need help with ribsu please!

I posted this ovr at USB-UIRT not realizing there was a place here. Sorry about that!

Im getting nothing, or errors in 21 mode.
I also cant seem to get it to send anything. =(

I think I just dont know what I'm doing maybe??

Mode 20 gives me codes when i point a remort at the UIRT and press buttons, but mode 21 returns the '21', but...

I've seen this problem occasionally and am not quite sure why it occurs. There is some bug somewhere I have been unable to reproduce reliably and to properly debug.
