Doesnt work on iphone 3g
Doesnt work on iphone 3g
Iphone 3g with ios 4.2 and this app loads but does not save any images to camera roll.
I get as far as starting the timelapse, it say "running" but no images are captured it just sits there doing nothing. Maybe just go ahead and say this app requires ios 5 and at least ios 3gs hardware, then iphone 3g users dont waste their time downloading a dud.

Re: Doesnt work on iphone 3g
I test TimeLapse with an iPhone 3G before release so it should work. I'll look into this.
Thank you for the report.

Re: Doesnt work on iphone 3g
TimeLapse works fine for me on an iPhone 3G running iOS 4.2.1.
Can you detail the settings you are using so that I can fix this problem for you?

I've just installed Timelapse on my 3G and all I get is the capability to takes photos...no timelapse.. You say it works fine on yours though. I do not even have any settings to change.

Re: Doesnt work on iphone 3g
TimeLapse on iPhone 3G is only capable of automating the camera (e.g. take 1000 photos with a 5 second interval). To create a final video, you need to export the photos to your PC and use a program such as quicktime, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker or ffmpeg to create the final video.
Here is a guide on how to do it with Quicktime 7 on the mac:
TimeLapse can create videos only on devices where the built in camera supports video.

Oh..ok. Really sounded like from your posts before that the normal Timelapse worked on 3G. That's why I bought it. As the first post said, should just say it does not work on 3G.

Re: Doesnt work on iphone 3g
I'm sorry you feel that way but I disagree with your contention. The iTunes app description does spell this out - I will make it clearer to avoid further confusion.

Re: Doesnt work on iphone 3g
Thta would be good. I just read iTunes and see nothing about not being fully operational on 3G. Thanks.
