First, I love timelapse - thank you for making it and for continuing to improve it.
For some uses it would be nice to be able to turn on a time stamp. For example, if I'm using timelapse to record the motion of a plant and I want to be able to easily determine how long the rotation of a flower or leaf took in real time. For people who have a scientific (or surveillance, I guess) use for the app this would be a nice feature.
Time stamp option?

This is a feature request I'm aware of. I haven't been able to get around to it yet as I've been busy with more fundamental improvements to TimeLapse. I hope to be able to address it in a not too distant future release.
