Photo library access?
How do I enable TimeLapse to my photo library on my iphone's settings? There are three options 'Reset, Processing, and English'. I turn them all on and nothing happens

You enable TimeLapse photo library access as you would for any other iOS app. Assuming you are on iOS 6, in Settings go to Privacy -> Photos and enable the TimeLapse entry.
