Time Lapse

I have two versions of Time Lapse one was free the other I paid for the paid version keeps giving me a cant access photo library, I have read the work around but I am using the app on and iphone 3gs jailbroken and can not find the photo library access in settings it works on my iphone 4 but not on the 3 ...also how can i tell by version which is the free and which is the paid they both have same icon and no version info I am using timelapse with My Green Galileo MOTRR or at least trying too HELP

You can download the full one as many times as you want for free. If in doubt, delete whatever you have installed and re-install the full one.
