Focus and Exposure Locking - New Ideas?

Post by lenaghano » Tue Apr 05, 2011 12:11 pm

Hi there,

Firstly amazing app blows the other timelapse apps out the water!!

Just wondering if you'll be potentially implementing (some ideas):-

Focus Lock
Exposure Lock
Manually Add Photo's?
Alter Frame Rate and Re-Render?
Manual Shooting allowing Stop Motion (with onion skinning?/sound activation)
Date Stamp/Time Stamp feature?

the locking ones would make this app perfect the extra features would make it UBER PERFECT!

Cheers

Ol

Hi,

I'm happy to hear you like TimeLapse!

Focus lock is available by tapping anywhere on the preview when framing the session. A reticle should flash to show the focus point.
Exposure lock is activated with the little lock button on the bottom left.

Thank you for the additional ideas. I will add them to my list of future possible features for consideration.

"Exposure lock is activated with the little lock button on the bottom left." I don't see a button like this. What does it look like?

The layout has changed since. The exposure lock is the button with the 'o' in it.
