Hi,
Is there anyway to record/shoot timelapse(or video) at 24 frames each second, while maintaining resolution of 8 MP (3264 x 2448)? (I mean snapping a picture 24 times every second...the same way a film camera does.)
If so, how do I do it?

No. The phone is not fast enough to record at such high resolution so quickly.

I saw an article that had this link in it, that states the sensor IS actually capable of running 8MP at 24 FPS. Here's a link to the manufacturer's site with sensor info.

If you could make the iPhone capable of 8MP at 24 frames/second, you would basically be giving us filmmakers a Red 3K Camera in terms of resolution. That would make you the king of all things iPhone. Can you take another look at this possibility? If so, you would definitely be able to up the price of the app to at least $10 with guys like me all flocking to buy it.
Thanks so much in advance.
