Message reads"cannot use back camera"

I tried to launch the app on my iPhone 5 and I get the above message when the app wants to access my camera

I can't use this app unless I can get the front camera to work. I get the same error message "cannot use back camera". Any ideas?

HI, there is not such message in TimeLapse. Perhaps you are using a different app?
